Peanut Butter & Berry Protein Smoothie

 

A easy protein-rich peanut butter and berry smoothie.

Substances

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ½ cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 handful greens (I like kale or spinach)
  • 1 scoop peanut butter protein powder (I used Orgain Easy Peanut Butter Protein Powder)
  • 1-1.5 cups milk of alternative (I like soy milk)*

Directions

  1. Mix all elements in a high-powered blender.

Notes

*Alter milk relying on how thick you want your smoothie
